Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Turkey Meatloaf

Flavorful turkey meatloaf wrapped in crisp bacon creates the perfect flavors for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground turkey meat
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Get out and measure your ingredients.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    Ground turkey, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix together.
  • Form a loaf with the meat mixture.
    A loaf is formed from the meat mixture. the loaf is then placed on a sheet of aluminum foil, shiny side up.
  • Wrap slices of bacon around your loaf. If you wrap your meatloaf with bacon all the way around you'll need to flip the meatloaf over midway through cooking so shape the meatloaf as long as possible to make this flipping or rolling task easier. You'll be glad you did.
    Raw Bacon is wrapped around the raw meat loaf. The entire meat loaf is covered.
  • Place it in your preheated, greased air fryer basket.
    Bacon-wrapped meatloaf is placed inside a greased and pre-heated air fryer basket with the aluminum foil.
  • Air fry at 380ºF for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Roll or flip your meatloaf at 30 minute mark so your bacon cooks on the bottom of your meatloaf to a crisp as well.

  • If bacon begins to crisp and brown too quickly, simply cover it with a piece of tin foil for the remainder of the cooking time.
