Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup blue or bleu cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Ingredients for outside

  • ¼ cup bacon bits
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Pull out and measure your ingredients.
    Overhead photo of all the ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bleu cheese, bacon bits, green onions and seasoned salt.
    Cream cheese, cheddar, bleu cheese, bacon bits, green onions and seasoned salt combined and placed on plastic wrap.
  • Shape into a smooth ball. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Roll it in pecans and bacon bits.
  • Until completely covered.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy every bite!
