- 1 pineapple peeled, cored & cut into spears
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons cold butter cubed
Gather your ingredients
Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a large ziploc bag. Add pineapple spears, seal the bag, and shake to coat the pineapple with the sugar mix.
Place pineapple spears in an aluminum foil pan
Top with the cubed butter
Smoke at 225 degrees for 60 minutes
