Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple peeled, cored & cut into spears
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter cubed

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients
  • Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees
  • Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a large ziploc bag. Add pineapple spears, seal the bag, and shake to coat the pineapple with the sugar mix.
  • Place pineapple spears in an aluminum foil pan 
  • Top with the cubed butter
  • Smoke at 225 degrees for 60 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy.
