Ranch Oyster Crackers with a Zesty Kick

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (10-12 oz) oyster crackers
  • 1 pkg Italian dressing seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon dry dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Get out your ingredients.
  • Measure each.
  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lightly spraying with oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the oyster crackers with the olive oil and mix until the crackers are coated.
  • Add the Italian dressing seasoning packet, the ranch seasoning packet, 1 tablespoon of dry dill weed, and 1⁄2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the bowl of crackers.
  • Gently toss everything together until seasonings are evenly distributed.
  • Dump seasoned crackers onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the pan.
  • Serve or store in an airtight container. (They taste great right away, but even better the next day!)
  • Enjoy every bite.

Notes

Tips
This recipe is easily doubled!
Different brands of oyster crackers can be different sizes, any size will work.
If you prefer less spicy foods you can omit the red pepper flakes.

a great snack to gift!
