  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pkt (10 oz) Ranch Dressing seasoning one package
  • 1 brick (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 6 bacon chopped, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 jalapeno fresh, chopped
  • 1 bag (32 oz) tater tots frozen
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup scallions chopped


  • Get out all of your ingredients and measure them.
  • Grease the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the whole chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the ranch seasoning.
  • Add the cream cheese.
  • Next, add the bacon.
  • Now, add the jalapenos.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours.
  • When cooking time is complete, remove the lid,
  • Shred the chicken using a meat shredder or fork.
  • First, top with tater tots.
  • Follow with the cheese.
  • Finish with the scallions
  • Cook for an additional hour.
  • When cooking time is complete, scoop the dish out with a large serving spoon and serve immediately.
