Air Fryer Banana Mug Cake
Banana Mug Cake is a simple and delicious single serve cake that cooks quickly in your air fryer. Great for dessert or breakfast.
- ½ banana mashed
- 2 tablespoon flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoon walnuts
- 2 tablespoon chocolate chips divided
Gather all the ingredients for your mug cake.
Combine mashed banana, flour, baking powder, maple syrup, and milk in a 12 oz mug.
Whisk until batter is uniform.
Stir in walnuts and half of chocolate chips.
Air fry at 350ºF for 6-8 minutes or until the center is set.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top and serve.
