Instructions
Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
Slice each banana into approximately 5 or 6 chunks.
Beat together egg and milk until well combined, set aside.
On a large plate, combine crumbs, sugar and cinnamon.
Spread the mixture around until full blended. Set aside.
Cover each banana chunk with flour. Dip each chunk into the egg mixture. Bananas should be fully covered but not dripping.
Coat in crumb mixture until fully covered.
Pile on platter to cook.
Place each fritter in an air fryer. Make sure they do not touch. Cook at 250 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping at midway point. I usually carefully shake the basket until adjusted.
When cooking time is complete, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Serve warm with chocolate sauce, caramel, honey, cool whip or whipped cream.
