Apple Pecan Bread is super moist and so full of flavor. Use your favorite apples and pecans or walnuts and you will not be disappointed!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a loaf pan coated in cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine butter and sugar and mix until smooth in a large bowl, ideally with a handheld or stand mixer.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla and grated apple and stir.
Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pecans until totally incorporated.
Pour batter and spread evenly into loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Leave in pan for 10 minutes before placing on a wire rack to finish cooling. Slice, serve and enjoy!
