  • 5 bananas
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  • Bring out all of your ingredients.
  • In a small bowl. combine brown sugar and cinnamon together.
  • Cut a banana into 2 parts, then cut each part again into 2 parts lengthwise.
  • Put the spring roll dough sheet in a diamond position. Place a piece of banana on the bottom.
  • Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  • Roll up halfway.
  • Fold sides in.
  • Then finish rolling.
  • Apply water to seal the spring rolls.
  • There you have it! A completely sealed banana spring roll.
  • Put each completed banana spring roll aside until needed.
  • Keep rolling until finished.
  • Heat cooking oil over medium heat. Deep fry the banana spring rolls until golden brown.
  • Place spring rolls on paper towel to absorb excess oil before putting them on a serving plate.
  • Dust each one with powdered sugar.
