Million-Dollar Pasta Casserole
Million Dollar Pasta Casserole isn't called that for nothing. Each layer is filled with meat, vegetables and pasta sauce. Every bite is creamy, cheesy goodness! It doesn't get much better than this!
Equipment

- 13 x 9 inch cake pan

Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta, uncooked, any kind
- 4 large eggs
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream, greek yogurt or cottage cheese
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb ground chicken, ground turkey, ground beef, ground pork, or, ground sausage
- 1 jar (24 - 25.5 oz) pasta sauce, regular, Alfredo or vodka
- ¼ cup heavy cream (35%)
- 2 cups cheese, shredded more or less to taste
- 2 tblsp parsley, dried
- 2 cups mushrooms, fresh, sliced
- 1 large onions, chopped
- 1 large pepper, green, red, yellow or orange, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly coat a 13x 9 inch pan with cooking spray.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and return pasta to pot with ½ cup of butter.
- Cover and set aside.
- In medium bowl combine eggs, parsley and Parmesan cheese until well blended.
- Add the egg mixture to the pasta and stir until evenly-coated.
- Put pasta mixture in the prepared baking pan.
- Add cottage cheese and cream cheese to the medium bowl that just had the egg in, and blend together.
- Pour the cheese mixture directly over the spaghetti mixture, spreading it out in an even layer.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, or, use the pot you cooked the spaghetti in, and brown the ground meat; 5 to 8 minutes, and drain if needed.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the pasta sauce and cream.
- Spread meat mixture over cheese layer.
- Add the shredded cheese in an even layer over top.
- Place baking pan on a large rimmed baking sheet covered in tinfoil.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned on top.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
