The Ultimate Everything Burger

The Ultimate Everything Burger is a guilty pleasure of mine. A burger, homemade or store bought, bacon, sausage, cheese, back or peameal bacon and an egg!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cheese, shredded more or less to taste
  • 1 sausage round, frozen patties are easiest
  • 1 slice back, peameal or Canadian bacon
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 bun, split your favorite variety
  • 1 large egg - over easy
  • 1 burger frozen pattties are easiest

Instructions

  1. Fry or bake your frozen hamburger. Set aside.

  2. Bake or fry your bacon and back bacon. Drain on paper towel and set aside.

  3. Fry or bake your sausage patties and drain on paper towel as well.

  4. Toast bun in the oven on broil for a few minutes.  Then pile cheese on top and broil some more until cheese is melted and brown.

  5. Fry egg until cooked to your liking.

Build your burger

  1. On your bun, with melted cheese, place your burger, bacons, sausage and egg.

  2. We top with mayonnaise and ketchup. Ken uses mustard and relish as well. These burgers are fabulous. Enjoy!
