Balsamic Glazed Garlic Chicken Thighs
Balsamic Glazed Garlic Chicken Thighs are definitely worth trying. The perfect marinade and blend of flavors make this chicken dish irresistible!
- 10-12 bone-in, skin on, chicken thighs
- ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 5 garlic, minced
- 2 or 4 tblsp ginger, ground or grated
- 1 tblsp onion powder
- 2 or 4 tblsp Italian seasoning, dried or fresh
Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a large freezer bag.
Add the chicken to the bag and seal with as little air as possible.
Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place the chicken on a tinfoil lined baking sheet with a rack on top.
Spray the rack with cooking spray. Place the chicken on the rack and in to the oven.
Bake until cooked and the skin is caramelized, about 35-40 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
