Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with either parchment paper, butter or cooking spray.
In a medium sized bowl combine eggs, sugar and flour.
Blend with a whisk until combined.
Spread batter on your prepared pan in circles, as big or as little as you want. Start with a bigger cone at first, they are easier to roll.
Bake for between 4 and 6 minutes. When baked, loosen with a spatula or sharp knife and form a cone.
If the cones are cold before you have them formed, return them to your oven for a moment or two to warm them up.
These cones are best used the same day. Store unfilled in an airtight container.
Just before serving fill with whipped cream, ice cream or custard! Sprinkles also make everything better! Enjoy!
