Incredible Chicken Thighs are so easy! Chicken with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and a few more! Your taste buds will thank you!

  • 9-12 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin on
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup garlic , miinced
  • 2 tblsp ginger, ground
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 tblsp fish sauce
  • 1 tblsp salt
  • 2 tblsp lemon juice
  • 2 tblsp thyme
  • 2 tblsp or more dried crushed red pepper flakes optional


  1. Whisk garlic, red peppers, ginger, thyme, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, fish sauce, and salt in a medium bowl until sugar and salt dissolve.

  2. Place marinade and chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. 

  3. Turn to coat, and chill at least 2 hours. The longer the better. This chicken can be marinated for up to 24 hours.

  4. Heat oven to 425 degrees.  

  5. Prepare a foil lined baking sheet with a rack in it sprayed with cooking spray. 

  6. Remove chicken from marinade, shake off excess, and place, skin side up, on the rack.

  7. Bake until cooked and a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh reads about 165 degrees.  Around 40-45 minutes. Depending on the size of your chicken thighs!  Serve immediately. Enjoy!
