Smoked Salmon and Egg Croissant is a wonderful, flavorful sandwich that takes no time at all to prepare and is so light and fresh!
We love serving this sandwich with chipotle or garlic mayonaise. It is so good. I just love the taste of all of the different mayo flavors you can get now! Don’t you?
You can make this sandwich as big or as small as you want or need and it will taste delicious and light every time! Sometimes I add more cucumber, dill and onion, sometimes a little extra mayo, but no matter what this sandwich is a hit, every time.

We use enough cream cheese to cover one inside half of the croissant, usually the bottom half.
Mayonaise gets smeared on the inside of the top half and set aside.
Next, we cover the cream cheese half with smoked salmon.
The sliced eggs go next, usually one large egg per sandwich.
Sprinkle on some onion slices, we usually use the purple onion, as much or as little as you like.
Cucumber goes on next, usually about 5 slices.
Sprinkle or place some fresh dill on top.
Place on the top half of the croissant and you have just built a fabulous sandwich!
Serve and enjoy!
