Perfect Slow Cooker Pork Roast

This roast is quick, easy and totally delicious. Only 6 ingredients. This Perfect Slow Cooker Pork Roast includes honey, onions, soy, red wine vinegar, mustard and garlic. A perfect combination and the gravy is fantastic! You have to check out the recipe!

Perfect Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork roast, any cut
  • 1 large onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey -
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dijon or yellow mustard -
  • 1 - 2 tblsp garlic, minced to taste
  • 1 tsp salt -
  • 1 tsp pepper -
  • cookng spray
  • 1/3 cup flour -
  • 1/4 cup water -

Instructions

  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place onions on the bottom of the slow cooker and the pork roast on top. In a bowl combine honey, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, mustard, salt, garlic, and pepper. Pour over the top of the pork roast and cook on low for 5-7 hours, depending on the size of your roast. When roast is cooked remove it from your slow cooker and allow it to rest on a plate. Turn slow cooker up to high or pour juices into a saucepan on medium high heat on the stove. Combine flour and water and add to slow cooker or saucepan. Boil until sauce starts to thicken. Serve with the pork roast. Enjoy!

    Could I substitute a boneless turkey roast for pork?
