Cook your rice according to the package directions. When cooked, add dressing slowly and toss or stir into rice until rice is lightly coated. Add dressing little, by little and keep stirring until coated. Sometimes the rice will absorb more dressing then others and you do not want the rice soupy or swimming. Just coated in the dressing. Set aside. Place a cutting board at your workstation. Prepare your jalapenos and place them in a small dish beside the cutting board. Place the mashed avocado, shredded cheese, refried beans, salsa, coriander and radishes in their own dish surrounding your cutting board. Place a tortilla on your cutting board. If the tortilla is stiff microwave for 5-10 seconds to soften. Smear refried beans in the middle of your tortilla. Place a pile of rice on top. Add your salsa, cheese, avocado, coriander, radish and jalapeno. Fold the bottom of your wrap up and over the pile and fold a side over and roll it up as tightly as you can. Set aside and repeat. Serve and enjoy!
